Option 1 : 1 year 577 hrs. 

Training begins October 2019

This training is designed to allow those who already have experience in a therapeutic field, and / or health care professionals (therapists, psychotherapists, massage therapists, counsellors, osteopaths, naturopaths, nurses, etc.), to develop an approach in Integral Process Work which can be integrated in their own professional field.

Degree: Therapist – Educator in Integral Process Work

Certification: Training recognized by the RITMA association:

Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médicines Alternatives

Professional Association of  Therapists and  Complementary Healthcare Professionals

Prerequisites:  Professional training (or equivalent) in the field of human health care with experience in counselling skills. An introductory course to the training in Integral Process Work

** Possibility of following one semester only and / or take some à la carte sessions, with the necessary prerequisites . Certificate of completed hours issued at the end of training

Examples of approaches, techniques, tools and resources

  • Integral Way: philosophy, themes, models, approaches, personal application
  • Integral Process Work: verbal and non-verbal skills and techniques
  • Centering practise, integral consciousness, meditation, intuitive intelligence
  • Guided imagery, journal, life review and assessment: autobiography, relationships, career, finance, environment, social activities, hobbies, etc. .
  • Body work: body awareness, intuitive touch, Focusing, posture, free authentic movement, conscious breathing
  • Global health assessment, coaching and daily integral practices
  • Approaches, exercises, techniques and practices; body-mind, psycho-energetic, psycho-spiritual, etc. .
  • Creative expression: music, dance, art, writing, games, sports, entertainment, etc. .
  • Practise and internships: individual and small groups (3-4 pers.) facilitating
  • Projects: private practice, teamwork, creative projects, social action
  • Co-coaching partner, coaching and supervision
  • Notes, manual, workbook, journal, literature, videos, cassettes, CDs, websites

 Training schedule:

  • one weekend per month ( Saturday and Sunday)
  • summer intensive of 4 days
  • one evening course every 2 weeks
  • internships: individual and group facilitation
  • evening practices and supervision every 2 weeks,
  • therapy and individual coaching
  • co-coaching partner
  • written work



Option 2 : Take only one session,

  • Cost: 20$

2. Therapeutic Touch

Date: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

  • TT1:26, 27 october at 401 rue Lévis, St. Jean-sur-Richelieu
  • TT2: to be determined
  • TT3:

Cost: $220 per session (taxes included)

Location: Centre SOHA, 961 Rachel Est, Montréal, Québec, H2J 2J4

* Training in ” Therapeutic Touch ” and other courses may be taken as an introduction to Integral Process Work training (hours added to training) *

  • Has been training Integral Process Work therapists for 27 years

  • Admission interview, administration fees of $60
  • Receipt issued for taxes
